What as it is if you’re not believing in yourself despite your potential. Your most amazing idea is not going to take you anywhere if you don’t believe in yourself, your worth and take aligned action accordingly. You need help to change because change can be difficult that’s why you do need the right system, support and accountability. You do need to go through three phases to complete your personal transformation. First you need to change your Mindset and Beliefs. Secondly you need to focus and turns your habits (your daily agenda, routines and priorities). Thirdly you need to be able to loose your old identity for good and embrace a NEW ONE your true self aligned with your natural attitudes and values.
What you do really need is the right motivation, system and the willingness ready to change.
